I offer a free initial consultation to explain fully what coaching is and how it can close the gap between thinking about success and taking action.

Face-to-face coaching sessions take place at an agreed local venue. The first coaching session reviews your personal history and establishes where you are in your life. This enables you to move forward towards your own, self-defined goals.

Telephone coaching is UK wide. Coaching via Skype is available to my clients abroad and I also offer coaching via e-mail, as appropriate.

Coaching sessions are unique to you. Setting goals and agreeing actions for change are key. Exploring motivation, self-esteem, confidence, fear and guilt are often useful.
