Enthusiastic and excited about coaching and working with people to enhance their lives, I am motivated to support my clients make the changes they desire.
I have over twenty years results focused experience. In my personal career I have coached, trained and managed staff within o2, Santander, NatWest, Sainsburys and provided professional support to students at Langside College and the University of the West of Scotland.
An accredited Life Coach, I have a Diploma-with Distinction- in Personal Performance Coaching from The Coaching Academy in London, Europe’s top coach training company.
I have undertaken a Positive Parenting course and other studies include body language, communication, image and personal style, Mental Health, assertiveness, dating psychology and relationships, addiction, Counselling and general Psychology.
I have enjoyed contributing to the BBC Radio Scotland MacAulay and Co show on the subject of self-esteem and being interviewed by a City of Glasgow student about motivation. I have worked with Curves Health and Fitness Club and the Glasgow Social Care Ideas Factory. I have delivered confidence and goal setting workshops to Rathbone, a charity supporting young people and been asked to deliver Stress Management and Youth Initiative programmes to other organisations. I am also excited about working with a charitable organisation supporting couples to learn more about their relationship and themselves.
